이번 포스팅은 irata TACS에 part.3 에 관한 내용을 설명드릴껀데요 직접 TACS의 내용을 가져와서 설명드리겠습니다.

Levels of qualification 자격등급

3.1 Rope access Technicians are grouped into three technical grades depending on their experience  and level of assessment. Figure 1 provides a flowchart showing the route to qualification.

3.1 로프 접근 기술자는 경험과 평가한(시험을 본) 등급에 따라 따라 세 가지 등급으로 분류된다. 그림 1은 자격 취득 경로를 보여주는 플로우차트를 제공한다.

Level 1

3.1.1 Level 1 This is a rope access Technician who is able to perform a specified range of rope access tasks under  the supervision of a Level 3 rope access safety supervisor. They are: a) able to understand and follow the rope access procedures, method statements and associated risk  assessments; b) responsible for pre-use checks of his/her own rope access equipment; c) able to assist in rigging and other operations, under the guidance of a higher grade; d) able to undertake a simple rescue in descent, and assist in rescue operations. NOTE While in the process of being trained to Level 1, a person is considered to be a trainee.

 

3.1.1 레벨 1
레벨 1 로프 접근 기술자는 아래 지정된 범위의 로프 접근 작업을 수행할 수 있다. 
레벨 3 로프접근 수퍼바이져(Supervisor)의 감독 하에 다음과 같은 요소를 할 수 있다.
a) 로프 접근 절차, 방법 설명 및 관련 위험성 평가를 이해하고 준수할 수 있다. 
b) 자신의 로프 액세스 장비의 사전 사용 점검을 책임진다.
c) 더 높은 레벨(레벨 2,3) 의 지시에 따라, 로프설치 및 기타 작업을 지원할 수 있는 능력이 있다. 
d) 하강구조와 같은 간단한 작업을 수행할 수 있고 구조 작업을 지원할 수 있다.

참고: 레벨 1 을 취득하기 위한 과정에서는 연습생으로 간주된다.

Level 2

3.1.2 Level 2 This is an experienced rope access Technician who is able to perform more complex tasks under the  supervision of a Level 3 rope access safety supervisor. They are: a) able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge required of Level 1; b) capable of more complex rigging, including re-anchors, deviations and tensioned lines; c) able to undertake rescues from a variety of situations; d) able to assemble and implement hauling systems.

3.1.2. 레벨 2

이 사람은 숙련된 로프 접근 기술자로, 레벨 3 로프접근 감독관의 감독 하에 보다 복잡한 작업을 수행할 수 있다. 이러한 구성 요소는 다음과 같다. 
a) 레벨 1 자격에 필요한 기술과 지식을 입증할 수 있는 능력 
b) 리앵커, 디비에이션 및 텐션 라인을 포함하여 더 복잡한 로프설치 가능 
c) 다양한 상황에서 구조를 수행할 수 있는 능력 
d) 운반 시스템을 세팅 및 수행 할 수 있다.

Level 3

3.1.3 Level 3 This is an experienced rope access Technician who is responsible for understanding and implementing  the rope access procedures, method statements and associated risk assessments, and: a) is able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge required of Levels 1 and 2; b) understands the elements and principles of IRATA’s safe system of work; c) is conversant with relevant work techniques and legislation; d) has an extensive knowledge of advanced rope access rigging and rescue techniques; e) holds an appropriate and current first-aid certificate. A Level 3 can become a rope access safety supervisor: see ICOP [TC-102] Part 2, 2.6.2 for guidance.

3.1.3 레벨 3

이 기술자는 로프 접근 절차, 방법 설명 및 관련 위험성 평가의 이해와 작성을 담당하는 숙련된 로프 접근 기술자다. 
a) 레벨 1과 레벨 2에 필요한 기술과 지식을 입증할 수 있어야 한다. 
b) IRATA의 안전한 작업 시스템의 요소와 원칙을 이해한다. 
c) 관련 작업 방법 및 법규를 숙지한다. 
d) 다양한 로프 접근 장치 및 구조 기술에 대한 광범위한 지식을 가지고 있다. 
e) 적절한 현재 응급처치 자격을 보유한다. 

레벨 3은 로프 접근 안전 감독관이 될 수 있다. ICOP [TC-102] 파트 2.6.2를 참조한다.

Independent IRATA re-assessments are required every three years at all levels, following a minimum of  four days of training. Rope access Technicians not engaged in rope access work for six months or more should attend  refresher training. Holders of expired Level 2 or Level 3 certificates that have been expired for more than 6 months should contact an IRATA Trainer member company for information on revalidation procedure. To ensure rope  access Technicians are up to date with certification, re-assessment may be done up to 6 months before  due expiry date without any time penalty.

최소 4일의 훈련에 이어 모든 단계에서 3년마다 독립적인 IRATA 재평가가 필요하다.
로프 액세스 기술자는 6개월 이상 로프 액세스 작업에 참여하지 않은 상태로 리프레셔 교육에 참석해야 한다.
6개월 이상 만료된 레벨 2 또는 레벨 3 인증서의 보유자는 IRATA 강사 회원 회사에 문의하여 재검증 절차에 대한 정보를 얻으십시오. 로프 액세스 기술자가 인증에 최신 상태로 유지되도록 하기 위해, 기한 만료일 6개월 전에 시간 벌칙 없이 재평가를 실시할 수 있다.
